Winslow O’Neal was born April 4, 1960 to Paul and Verda O’Neal, Jr. He departed his earthly life on Monday, February 9th, 2015 at his residence in Columbus, Ohio. Survived by his three daughters, Yvonne Dumas, Amber Pegram, and Windai (Cedric) Tolbert. Mothers Verda O’Neal and Louise Young, grandkids Kaira Pegram and Jamire Bond, Siblings Sharon (Mark) Weaver, Robert (Deborah) O’Neal, Robin Clever, Cheryl (William) Foust, Arnold & Ronald Aubrey, Robert (Kathy) O’Neal, Wanda (Darryl) Dickerson, Paul B. (Mezan) O’Neal, Kenny (Kelly) O’Neal, Winfield O’Neal, Dawn O’Neal, Grandmother Mary King and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

Preceded in death by Father Paul O’Neal, Jr.; son Claude O’Neal, Sister Paula O’Neal-Williams, Grandfathers Paul O’Neal, Sr., George Houston, and Earnest King, grandmother Mable Houston and Cousin Mario Houston.

He is a graduate of Eastmoor Sr. High and he attended DeVry Computer Technology. He was also a Former State Employee and an insurance agent.

He was an active member of Vineyard Church of Columbus.
