Obituary for Isabelle Williams

Isabelle  Williams
Isabelle (Fears) Williams, 75, was born in Youngstown, OH. She was the daughter of Israel Major Fears and Isabelle Fears and the biological daughter of Nellie Mae Spencer. She graduated from East High School in Youngstown and received subsequent secretarial training in Baltimore, MD. Upon returning to Youngstown, she worked a variety of jobs before moving Columbus, OH, where she worked for the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles for more than 20 years, retiring in 1999. She is predeceased by loving husband of 43 years, John P. Williams, parents Israel and Isabelle Fears and Nellie Mae Spencer and sister Patricia (Fears) Benton. Survived by brothers, Michael Hill of Columbus and Ervin Hill of Dover, DE; sisters, Katherine Allen of Youngstown and Dorothy Jones of Virginia Beach, VA; close cousins, Ann Fears and Malachi (Butch) Fears of Columbus; close nieces, Michelle (Neicy) Stevenson and Marina Torres of Columbus; closest friends, Diana Jones and Raleigh and Brenda Amburgey of Columbus; and loved and embraced multiple members of her late husband’s family as well as a host of other relatives and friends-far too many to list, but held deeply in her heart. Funeral service Monday 10am, Chapel of CALIMAN FUNERAL SERVICES, 3700 Refugee Rd. Elder Charles Snell, officiating where the family will receive friends 9am until the time of service.
