Condolence From: Kelvin Freeman
Condolence: I just want to say that I loved my dad. He was the greatest man that I ever knew. He always had an aura of respect and dignity. I will really miss him. I think about him every day as I go the store, work, school, or church. I pray for mom and family.

Condolence From: Gary Cheses
Condolence: Family,
I saw Francis' picture in the Dispatch today and immediately knew who he was. I am sincerely sorry for your loss. Francis worked for our company, City Janitorial Services way back in the nineteen sixties. I was in my twenties and I remember he always called me Mr. Cheses. I told him to please call me Gary. He still called me Mr Cheses and I told him I was going to call him Mr Freeman if he didn't stop. We had a good laugh. "Mr Freeman" was a kind, hard working and gentle person. Working two jobs to support his family was and is difficult.
I had great respect for our associates that did that.
May your happy memories of him help to lessen
your grief at this time.
Gary Cheses
