Frank Vine born August 6, 1934 in Pine Bluff, AR to Dorothy Mae Hunt-Garrett and Roscoe Vines. Frank served in the United States Navy from 1953-1973 aboard several ships including the USS Topeka, the USS Fank Knox and the USS Caliente. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by cousin, James H. (Rosetta) Miller, Jr.; and special friends, Nancy and Paula Briggs; and many nieces and nephews.
